Julia / Website and sales system.

Julia is a licensed New York flower brand from Brooklyn. We built their website, then the tools their sales team runs on every day: wholesale ordering, invoicing, a sales dashboard, stock and payment tracking. We're their tech team, and we keep building as the business asks for more.

01 / The challenge

What Julia needed.

Julia needed a new website live in two days, in time for the Revelry trade show. Once it launched, the bigger need was behind the scenes: wholesale orders were taken on a printed sheet, and the sales team needed one place to order, invoice dispensaries, keep track of stores and stock, and get paid on time.

Selling cannabis in New York adds rules at every step. Buyers have to hold an active license, advertising has to follow state rules, and wholesale prices can't be public.

02 / What we built

What we built.

One system, built around how Julia's team actually sells. Reps use it on their phones in the field, and the owners see everything in one place.

01

Website.

Rebuilt off WordPress and launched in two days, in time for the Revelry trade show. A map of the licensed dispensaries that carry Julia, a page for every store, borough, product and strain, lab results, events and a journal. Written to New York's cannabis advertising rules.

02

Wholesale ordering.

Reps and dispensary buyers place orders online. A license number is checked against New York State's live licensee registry, which fills in the store's details and stops expired licenses. Wholesale prices never appear on the public site.

03

Invoicing.

Invoices with system-assigned numbers, payment terms and New York excise tax, saved as a PDF or emailed from the tool. Every change is logged, and deleted invoices can be restored.

04

Sales dashboard.

Every licensed retail dispensary in New York on one map, with visit logs, follow-ups, store status, directions, and buyer emails sent in the rep's own name.

05

Stock.

Inventory counts by the case or the unit. Each invoice takes stock out automatically, and the team gets an email when a product runs low.

06

Payments and reports.

Who owes what and how late, due-date and overdue alerts for the team, and monthly sales reports that export to a spreadsheet.

07

Retail kit.

Product photos, menu descriptions, logos and brand images sized for dispensaries to download and use on their own menus and socials.

08

Team accounts.

Sign-in for every rep, admin controls for the owners, and each rep sees their own invoices while the store map stays shared.

How we work with Julia.

We work as Julia's in-house tech team. The sales team tells us what slows them down, and we build it, test it and put it live. Stock counts, payment tracking and sales reports were all added in the system's second month, straight from the team's requests.

The same team shoots Julia's product photography, so the photos on the site, in the retail kit and on dispensary menus all come from us.
